Talented engineering team, fast-paced development, small group size allows for large individual responsibility.

Cons

Increased bureaucracy due to public stock offering. Moving from experimental to production vehicles has increased paperwork and reduced process efficiency. Long commute to Mojave, CA from urbanized areas. Some pressure on individuals due to small team sizes.

TSC has some of the greatest minds in the industry. Work is fun, rewarding, and there's plenty of opportunity to grow. They have great facilities and really work to retain their employees. Would 100% work there again if the opportunity became feasible again.
