Some of the most unique, kind, and clever people I have ever worked here are here. Individuality and creative thinking are strongly encouraged, and bad news never gets anyone down for long. Plucky is a good way to look at it

Cons

Expectations of team members are sometimes poorly defined and teammate development plans fall by the wayside in a crisis Accounting and Finance seems to have a revolving door, so financial reports are often late or disorganized. This seems to be moving in a better direction though

The Culture was great there. I loved the people and helping open the very first Virgin Hotel. Highly recommend this company.

Cons

There is a slow season in the winter, but so does every hotel. It comes with working in the Industry.

Great energy and spirited team. Everyone is passionate about the journey and product we are bringing to the world! Being a part of Virgin Hotels is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Everyone should jump on it if given an opportunity to be part of this amazing team.

Cons

Small team and everyone must be flexible and wear many hats to be successful. Flexible schedules but not as family friendly as other large companies that offer childcare or pumping rooms etc.
