I loved everything about working for the company. They was pay was great, the people I worked with including management we're awesome. If given the opportunity you should definitely accept a job with Virgin.

Honestly there were no cons to my job at Virgin. I loved it.

Great work environment with fantastic management and human resources staff. New company branch so plenty of opportunity to move around the company. Health care for full time is as good as you can get with a low deductible. beautiful hotels and amazing staff. plenty of fun. they really care about their employees

Fun atmosphere, good healthcare and benefits. It's a small company still, so there is a lot of attention on the hotel.

Cons

Not all outlets are given the same attention and you can tell from management that there is a negative vibe coming down. A lot of downsizing has happened already.
