Staff is like a big family.

Cons

Management doesn’t execute the basics of job duties. F&B staff never has basic materials like glassware, silverware, linens, proper systems for backstock etc.. Every shift is a hectic scramble for basic necessities.

managment lost there way and fired a lot of great people to bring in there friends that had no sense to be there.
