the benefits were good which isnt true for baristas typically

Cons

high turn over, never sure who was in charge there was always a new manager and a new way of doing things. the managers who were hired were a poor fit. it was always a chaotic mess

Relaxed atmosphere. Many people were available for help. Good EDR.

Cons

Never saw the director. No training in form of SOP's or security academy. Equipment was broken and/or missing. Management was very lackadaisical and wouldn't communicate with us. People hired who would not work, just there for a paycheck. No hiring standards! Detention procedures were abysmal opening up liability for officers or guests! Lower wage for area with no raises!!!! No one knew CPR/AED/Stop The Bleed!!!!!!

not a lot of room for growth, high turnover for management, ADP system they use for scheduling & payment needs major updating.
