      Great experience in my current department

      Pros

      My department is great-very efficient, open to new ideas, supportive of increased staffing as needed, and supportive of professional growth.

      Cons

      No cons in my current position, but I have worked in other departments at VCU that were horrible. Make sure you know what the department/office is like before accepting a position.

      Enjoyed my teaching fellowship program. Very helpful program director and great insurance benefit

      Cons

      Did not like the research environment at all, but I did go in with very high expectations. Pay could have been better.
