Pros
Some of the coworkers I had were very talented at their positions and were unselfish in their work practices. Pay and benefits were pretty good.
Cons
Adherence by employees to policies is inconsistently enforced, which leaves a lot of unqualified people in their positions while removing ones who should remain employed. Concerns about current conditions are often mishandled/overlooked by supervisors which results in our clientele placing blame on the associates they work most closely with, rather than the management.
