      Inconsistent management makes you fend for yourself

      Pros

      Some of the coworkers I had were very talented at their positions and were unselfish in their work practices. Pay and benefits were pretty good.

      Cons

      Adherence by employees to policies is inconsistently enforced, which leaves a lot of unqualified people in their positions while removing ones who should remain employed. Concerns about current conditions are often mishandled/overlooked by supervisors which results in our clientele placing blame on the associates they work most closely with, rather than the management.

      Pros

      Good benefits. It's nice to have the long winter break for Chriatmas to New Years. There's a culture that is always striving to be bigger, better, faster. They like to be in the leading edge on technology.

      Cons

      You may have a long walk from where you park to where you work. Pay not as much as the private sector. Since the organization is large, change can be slow.

      Pros

      The pay is good and you can basically choose the hours you work and make your own schedule. The people are nice.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be hard to manage all the work you have to do for your own courseload while having weekly tutees that you also focus on.
