Just another Financial Company that looks only for Sales and numbers!

Pros

Regular pay and good benefits, great banking options for employees, good buildings to work in, clean and up to date.

Cons

No life balance for employees, management that only sees sales numbers, too much micro-management, managers that pay little or no attention to staff concenrs and issues. Have deleloped into a Bank with the same desires to make money with no regard for their staff.

Seemingly cared for their customers. Great starting pay. Great hours for a call center.

Cons

Old and out dated systems. No monthly incentive program. Unable to handle short term disability situations without holding It against employee. Lots of favoritism.

Department is tight knit and managers really encourage professional growth. My direct manager really listened to my ideas and worked to implement what she could.

Cons

Some team members have a hard time coming around to new ideas and I'm not sure if it's due to lack of understanding or lack of desire to understand.
