Pros

It's a good company that genuinely cares about its members and its communities, which you can't say about a lot of financial entities. The benefits are good and most of the people you come across are thrilled to be there. You generally feel good about the work you do and the people you serve.

Cons

The work can be repetitive and somewhat limited, and there aren't a lot of clear paths for advancement, if you're into that sort of thing.
