Pros

None at all. You do not want to work here in any capacity, but especially in management.

Cons

TOXIC!!! Terrible upper management who do not care about the employees at all. It's dangerous and their approach to any perceived failure is to publicly punish or admonish whoever they believe is at fault. The owner basically has his friends working for him, so you can do nothing about the terrible treatment except take it or get another job. It's also terribly micromanaged. They won't even let salaried supervisors add, change, or even approve time punches, leading to employees not getting paid correctly every week. It's sheer chaos and pandemonium where each manager is out for themselves. By far the worst morale I've ever witnessed at a job site. The problem starts all the way at the top with a horrible owner / CEO, Mr. Prabhat Jain, who thinks he can treat his employees as if they work in a sweat shop. The nepotism and toxicity are far above and beyond anything I've ever witnessed in any manufacturing setting. I wouldn't even recommend this job to an enemy!

Breathe in kerosene vapors

Pros

Not much positive, just a few folks on the floor and a paycheck but that comes with headaches of equal or greater size to the pay.

Cons

Community guidelines limit what can be said on the truth of the matter about this company and its management. Put simply the place has always been subpar on most aspects of modern manufactoring and is a nightmare from safety & work/life balance to management practices (organizing a police raid on employees damaging vehicles not paying for said damages) . Working here you're about as safe as being shot out of a circus cannon aimed at a brick wall. They care little of your health from bypassing life safety systems, being forced to work in & breathe kerosene fumes from the assembly process to high insurance premiums and lack of training before being thrown out to a dangerous work environment. (Just ask the last injury victim back in May 2025 hope he wins) Questionable management decisions, Example: massively leaking roof, failing air compressors, bypassed explosion resistance hardware in a dust collection system. Won't fix that but spend 100k on campus beautification which still looks like a landfill. After almost 10 years I could go on but wanted to deliver some bullet points to consider before risking employment at a low quality no integrity employer.
