Pros

High volume of production work. Fair competitive pay especially for entry level production. Quick on-boarding process. Employment production standards have been raised. Attendance accountability.

Cons

High health benefits. Can be very chaotic. The company is very cut throat…that can be good, but bad if you aren’t willing to work or come to work. Which….the majority of folks who are let go, and some very quickly is that they don’t work. Or they don’t come to work. Or they are lazy and think showing up and walking around is how it’s all supposed to go. Ask anyone, especially on the entry level of production why they are let go and you will get some BS story about how awful the place is yet they can’t see through their own distorted thoughts and hold themselves accountable.
