Probably a great place to work as long as you're one of the managers

Pros

It's downtown, so I guess that might be good for some people? They let us work remote for about 3 years, made record returns on their investments during those years and then told us that we needed to come back into the office anyway.

Cons

There's more contractors than real full time employees and they rarely, if ever convert contractors. All the benefits of working for a company (health insurance, bonuses, days off, etc) are only applicable to full time employees, i.e your departmental managers. No career advancement Bad management, clueless C-level,
