Pros

Flexible workplace with great benefits and great people. I enjoy the public service aspect of what I do and love the people I work with.

Cons

Still have to go into the office two days per week but I suppose that is better than having to go in every day.

Pros

Work culture, purpose and mission of the agency, very friendly and intelligent coworkers. Management is empowering and cares about the coworkers. I've always had great experience with my supervisors. I always felt comfortable about asking for more challenges or different type of work that I am interested in.

Cons

Difficult to move around in the agency. Whether it be upward development, or a lateral move into a different field. There are yearly bonuses but other than that, there doesn't seem to be any opportunities for a pay raises due to performance, incentive etc. I still gave 5 stars because I always valued the experience more than the compensation
