      Pros

      benefits are good, life insurance, 403b match, etc.

      Cons

      Lots of work, but not much meaningful appreciation. Management does not listen or care about what employees are looking for in terms of recognition. Some managers are not a good fit for their division, and turnover is high because of all these reasons.

      They managed to recruit some quality talent. Unfortunately, quality people recognize toxic environments when they see and experience them and don't stay long.

      We are really sorry to hear that you feel this way. At VT-ARC, we strive to maintain a positive work environment. This past year we implemented a Corporate Culture committee. We are working on a mentorship program. We have a great performance management system where we highlight goals and accomplishments. We have a reward and recognition program. There is so much to be thankful for and I really wished I could have met you so we could talk.
