      Pros

      VT-ARC is a great place to work with a fantastic staff. People that are able to do their work and contribute to the team do well; those that can't head for the exit.

      Cons

      As a small company with limited resources and staff, some people have to wear multiple hats.

      Pros

      Small organization with opportunities to network in the defense space; Could be worse when comparing to the much larger defense contractors in the area.

      Cons

      High turn-over due to senior leadership not promoting within the organization; lack of diversity in senior leadership that effects employee morale; divisions are siloed and operate very differently; stagnating salaries that lead to staff leaving every 2-3 years.
