I really have no negative aspects to report. Virginia Tech was an inclusive, engaging environment to work in and helped me grow as a professional and as a person.

Pros

The job is great for college students because it has very flexible hours and pretty solid pay. It also looks pretty good on a resume as research experience. Frequent breaks

Cons

The job can be fairly monotonous as it is basically data entry, but this is outweighed by the flexibility and pay for most people.
