Pros

Great benefits, easy to access from my house off campus, it's great.

Cons

The pay rate is not as high as I would have hoped and have worked at other jobs.

Pros

Health Insurance and money to live. You do not pay tuition.

Cons

Health insurance taken out of salary is substantial. Work varies depending on the lab's available resources.

Pros

Great to work with people on projects, depends on the people though. Easy to communicate to payroll and bursar if something goes awry.

Cons

Almost a month delay in payment from start date due to being paid twice a month only, so if you start on the 2nd of April the first paycheck will be delivered on the 1st of May (17th of April, 15th of May; et cetera).
