Pros

VT provides employees with the ability to take free classes while they work there. Everyone is also very passionate about the school

Cons

It was awkward for me working there being fresh out of college but working at a college. Everyone around me is about my age but its just so different

Pros

The school has a gym that is free to employees. Human Resources has a great open door policy The school has a Weight Watchers group for employees as well as discounts on membership

Cons

You have to pay for parking The employees don't receive email notifications when to sign for payroll deductions for parking passes, you have to check their e-newsletter. If you miss the deadline you have to pay full price, which for one semester is about $180 and for the whole year $240-ish
