Pros

flexible hours (even for the full-time), nice people, decent pay, free meal each shift, if you're a hard worker it's pretty easy to get promoted.

Cons

it's easy to get promoted, but there's not much incentive to become a manager.. pay raise isn't much compared to all the extra responsibilities they give you.

Pros

Beautiful area to live but you have very limited options for shopping and entertainment. Multicultural environment on campus but this openness is certainly not found in surrounding communities.

Cons

If you are not in the College of Engineering your opportunities for success and attention are very low. The closest commercial airport is about 1 hour away and air service is not the greatest.

Pros

They have a good and innovative environment. The location is really nice and the pay is generous for a graduate research assistant.

Cons

Things are a bit slow and they have problems managing the projects. It's not very close to industry since it is located in a small town in the middle of no where.
