Pros

* Work environment is great! * Co-workers are very nice. * Boss is awesome. * Free school if you are a Faculty member. * Insurance & retirement are great.

Cons

* Most people work in cubicles in E.S. which is kinda lame. * Pay is lower than industry but the work environment makes up for it. * There is lots of "red tape" for doing things so for full blown software engineers it could be a rough environment for getting stuff done. Auditing is taken VERY seriously.
