Fits in with school schedule, they work around classes Pay is decent for work being done You can study for class while you work

Cons

Students can be disrespectful, sometimes hours can be long (when school is out), job feedback can be lackluster, sometimes work can get way boring (lack of job satisfaction)

The working time is decided by yourself, you can co-work with so many talented people here, and there are a lot of new knowledge to learn.

Cons

The research here is more theoretical and will be a little boring. Many of the research product can not used in industry.
