- Lots of chance to grow and managers really encourage people to be innovative and think out of the box. - Colleagues are cooperative and friendly - The work is fun and interesting with new technologies coming out really fast

Cons

- Long working hours. - If you want to be noticed and recognized, you need to put in that extra effort and prove yourself - Current tough market is brutal to all contractor companies including CGG

Biased towards non French national . Too French focused in ethic and spoken language . Dumps employees as last resort to restructuring due to fall in oil prices

Salaries paid on time. Health and Superannuation benefits. I was sent abroad a couple of times to conferences where I had presented papers.

Cons

Perhaps the company is too prone to dump employees when there is not enough work.
