Beautiful location to work. Pay does not reflect the market rates.
Cons
Run company on a tight budget. Many staff affected by Stress and Management make out that they are concerned, but still expect the work to be completed on schedule, no matter what. Management decisions seem to be made without any forethought of the impacts on how staff are to achieve any new objectives. Don'e expect any management to support you if you have any problems with your workload. Stress was high on a daily basis but had moments where it got even worse.
