Pros
There are lots of knowledgeable people around. Compensation is good as compare to other processing shop. Good Friday employee breakfast.
Cons
Not enough training like Veritas used to have. Chinese dictatorship at their Calgary office. Even after working long hours there is no appreciation. Before taking long vacation talk to your manager, there high chances that you will get fired once you come back. Employees are treated like slaves Its common to see Center head guy screaming on manager. Managers are told to be strict with employee just to have hold (Chinese philosophy)
