      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for advancement since there is such a high turn over of staff. Unfortunately, a promotion moves you closer to the "exit" door.

      Cons

      Management style is a dictatorship. If you don't agree with the management, keep it to yourself, or be in danger of getting fired. Make a mistake, and you are in danger of being fired. Corporate overhead costs are through the roof leaving most processing centers at the break even mark. Don't expect much in terms of a production bonus.
