Pros

Very good work environment, chance to work with some of the best. Fair work environment, raise/bonuses very much depend on performance. Benefits given is better than most competitors. Salary and bonuses is good when business climate is good (that is, company doesn't just keep their profits when profits are good).

Cons

Employees are expected to give their best; expect long working hours during busy periods. However it's fair to say that this happens at other competitors as well.

Had to relocate to Crawley but decided to leave instead.

The salaries are fair and the benefit packages we're great. Lots of oportunities to grow and there was great experiences when travelling abroad.

Cons

The company was made up of three separate companies. There is only members from one company left. It was as if who ever got the power first, their company won.
