      Great company but limited project management maturity

      Pros

      Friendly people in an informal atmosphere most of the time. Depending on your manager and position you can get great freedom to work independently. Also depending om manager and position you may be given the opportunity to work from home if your work situation allows this. CEO really want proper project management culture implemented.

      Cons

      Very immature project management culture. CEO and Corporate is trying to improve it from above and the project managers are trying to push for it from below but there seems to be a middle layer of managers including some heads of companies and their direct reports that does not want it and so opposes and works against it at every turn.
