(Some) people are great, benefits are pretty good

Cons

You need to be the boss's friends to go up. Project managers don't get feedback from the people that worked with them, so they never improve. Some are highly overworked, some underworked. They hire without thinking about the future. They techwash AND greenwash a lot.
