Poor work/life balance Mistreat is very common from managers If you do not work extra hours and weekends, most likely they will let you go. If you are not chinese, your chances to suceed within the company are greatly reduced. They only care about your math skills, communication and soft skills are dismissed in most of the cases You are just an asset, not a human being
