Great for starters geophysicists, but management lacks care for employees

Great for starting into the geophysics world

Cons

Once you are inside management don't really care about employees. They don't truly value the people they have as they say internally. There are so many great people that join and leave because of poor management decisions.

Positive and collaborative environment

Pros

I joined Viridien a few months ago as a Researcher and my experience so far has been very positive. The onboarding process was smooth and everyone in the team was welcoming and willing to help whenever I had questions. What I appreciate most is the collaborative enviroment. People are knowledgeable but also approachable, and there is a genuine culture of sharing ideas and expertise. Even as someone who is still relatively new, I feel that my input is valued and that I can contribute to meaningful projects.
