      Mission-driven company with a strong sense of purpose. Great remote-first culture that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The interview process (6+ rounds) positioned the role as highly strategic, but the reality was very different. The work ended up being largely administrative, feeling like a significant step backward in terms of scope and impact. Within HR leadership, there appears to be a gap in foundational expertise in compensation and equity, which creates challenges in decision-making and execution. Additionally, there is a perceived lack of responsiveness from executive leadership to employee concerns.
