Tons of talent, people are kind, and I love the vision the company has and the mission they're on.

Cons

I was let go fairly unceremoniously, on 2 days (not weeks) notice. I was not given clear indicators this would happens nor a performance plan of any kind to improve. Be on your toes!

-Clear and dedicated mission to reverse type 2 diabetes in 100 million people by 2025 -High growth potential and attention to scaling in an effective way -Management values transparency and maintaining company culture -Fast-paced with environment with a purpose -Regular and valuable feedback -Performance based on scientific research and useable metrics -Great people who genuinely care about achieving (and surpassing) Virta's mission -Employees are given the freedom to grow their ideas and supported to achieve above and beyond expectations

Cons

-Expected growing pains during expansion -Need to be flexible and wear multiple hats -(Current) small office space
