From the CEO, to the Exec team, to the Engineers, to the care team, everyone is here to help people live longer, healthier lives. It is reflected in our business model and our operating principles, starting every Monday with a member guest spotlight. We have also hit an amazing inflection point this year with tremendous growth as a result of clear strategy, focus, and execution. But best of all are the people, Virta has an incredibly compassionate and dedicated team. It's an honor to work with them every day.

      Cons

      As a remote first company, there are many benefits in working from home, but it can occasionally lead to silos, especially in high growth periods when people are heads down. This is not a con, but simply something we need to stay focused on - to intentionally build the connective tissue to stay aligned so we can grow efficiently and effectively.
