Salary and benefits are great

Cons

Lack of focus on customer and patient. One size fits all treatment. No long term studies yet on diabetes “reversal” and fear the prescribed “food is medicine” approach is breeding disordered eating. Leadership lacks health care experience and it shows. Very disingenuous, disorganized environment.

Impactful work (changing patients’ lives!), very smart and supportive coaching team that’s growing with overall good support from the rest of clinical team, good culture and mission-driven, remote work with stipends, unlimited PTO

Cons

Scaling upwards have deepened growing pains in just a few months. Doesn’t feel like there’s a lot of growth opportunities and compensation doesn’t seem competitive, considering a majority of the coach team consists of talented individuals with additional credentials (i.e. RN, RD, CSW…). Some emphasis on diversity and inclusion, but a long ways to go. Lots of great ideas to improve product and company, but need manpower, better management, and incentive to make happen.
