      Product works and business model fundamentals are strong. We improve the lives of our members at a reasonable cost and positive ROI for our customers. Generally, smart, hard-working people with low ego.

      Continue to invest in recruiting and retaining top talent. Some of our tools could use a facelift.

      We used to get off 2:00 on Fridays and this will change to a full work day 300 panel size No room for growth as a coach
