      - Virta has an incredible mission-driven team. Everyone is aligned on our goal to reverse diabetes - Virta is truly evidence-based. Discussions and decisions revolve around data, not opinions - Virta is growing fast, which is super exciting and presents unique and interesting challenges - Virta cares about its employees. We invest a ton in training and mentorship and also do our best to make growth opportunities available

      - Given our rapid growth, life at Virta can definitely be a bit hectic at times

      - People really care about patients at Virta. I am consistently amazed by the lengths our care team, engineers, and designers go to improve our patients' health. - People work hard and are dedicated, but still make time to take vacation, be present with family, and have healthy boundaries - The Virta treatment is incredibly impactful – getting to hear from patients personally each week is inspiring and keeps me focused - Company is growing fast! - Leadership values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and devotes resources to improving it
