      Mission Driven - Focused Org.

      Pros

      Virta is a special place. The commercial org. is full of smart, driven, kind people that believe in what Virta is doing. I was hesitant about the negative reviews when I was interviewing - now that I have joined - i'm not sure where the reviews are coming from.

      Cons

      It's a fast paced organization and industry moment, which isn't for everyone, but that's what keeps things interesting for me.

      Great Interview Experience

      Pros

      The recruiter worked with me very well throughout the whole process and gave me great direction. I originally did not get the role for manager, but was reached back out to for an associate manager role and they saw this would be a perfect fit. Everyone was so kind and it felt more like conversation rather than a cold/unwelcoming interview process!

      Cons

      Due to the quick internal changes the team had with a newly approved associate manager role, I did not actually get an official job description/page as the manager one I was referencing. Not a big deal as these changes happened fast!

      I have found it to be a positive and supportive environment with quite a lot of opportunity! Very rewarding work.

      Cons

      No cons but boundaires, time management and prioritation skills are key to avoid burnout.
