      The mission of the company is ABSOLUTELY legit, the medical/clinical and research staff are some of the best people I have ever met and/or worked with.

      Cons

      The engineering team is an absolute trash fire, there are many GREAT engineers, but overall the team is run about as well as a 7-11.

      Not only do I love what I do, but I love who I get to do it with and for. Job satisfaction, company culture, great teamwork, collaboration and growth opportunities abound. It's a very exciting mission!

      As with any high growth organization, processes can be refined and standardized in order to be more efficient and effective.
