I feel at home, VES has a strong companionship culture that makes me feel safe at my workplace. I'm aware of what the company is looking for and I'm glad to be part of the team that will make us get to where we want.

Cons

It's easy to find areas of improvement when everything is going wrong, but here at VES is very hard to tell what could be an area of improvement as everything works as it should.

Since I started working here I noticed how good the environment was, from the very beginning, everyone kept proving every day that I could enjoy not only their companionship but doing my job as well, I'm respected and appreciated, and I'm given help when I need it, I have a voice that is listened when I have something to say.
