You will have 2 days off, which isn't that common in Colombia, also you can have a vacation day anytime you need it. The company provides you with all the equipment that you need when you are working from home, and on the days that you come to the office, you'll find fruit so you will have a healthy snack for your day. There's a real space for growth, and to make a career, you will have all the training and support to step up your standards and become a senior recruiter o make a path as a leader or in administration. There is IT training available if you want to extend your knowledge and skills to dive into that field and become competitive among other IT recruitment companies.
