      Pros

      Great work environment, they pay on time, as a recruiter, you work from home 4/5 days per week and we only work 40 hours a week. When you are working at the office you have access to free fruits and coffee. You will be working as part of a team and there are a lot of opportunities to grow. The leaders are really nice and the company owner has his office there as well so you can see him working too.

      Cons

      The base salary compared with other companies that are looking for bilingual employees is starting to fall behind.

      Pros

      We have a great environment at the office, our leaders always are making sure that everything is doing good, we have a great communication, the company gives us great benefits and the most important part is that allow us to grow.

      Cons

      the company is in a position where they have a very clear vision of what are they doing and that's why I truly think that the company is on a good path, and everything I have to say is positive.
