Pros

This company truly provides all the tools necessary for learning and professional growth. Thanks to this organization, I secured my first job after graduating. They offer a hybrid work model and are flexible with scheduling as long as it does not impact operations, as it should be. Additionally, they provide fruit, coffee, support with health plan payments, and English courses. In my experience, the work environment is positive; when I speak, I am heard and my perspective is understood. Moreover, the suggestions I make are evaluated for their feasibility according to the processes, and applicable ideas are implemented. Due to a lack of communication regarding concerns from employees to employers, some people tend to become frustrated. In my experience, there is an opportunity to be heard, and these concerns are communicated to management and evaluated. Nothing will ever be perfect, and if one only focuses on the negative, no experience in life will be enjoyable. It is not about ignoring what we dislike but rather not allowing it to overshadow everything else.

Cons

A startup will undergo many constant changes in response to market conditions or strategies that do not perform as expected. For individuals who struggle to adapt easily to change, it can be frustrating not to have a stable foundation at all times. Additionally, there can sometimes be a lack of communication and information management regarding these changes and the reasons behind them, as different opinions and information are often heard depending on the role and the individual. Many people hold very negative views about the company when the employer requires more from the employees, but this is true in all companies. Sometimes, the company provides more than it is obligated to, and at other times, it needs more from the employees. It is essential to give in order to receive. Many see the glass as half empty. Although I am not well-versed in business and may disagree with some decisions (which I have communicated), I understand that all the company's actions are evaluated with the intention of benefiting everyone and fostering the company's growth. Nothing is perfect, but in my view, this company has many positive aspects and is worth striving to help grow.
