      All the time I worked in this company and I never received any recognition, they make you feel as if you didn't deserve anything, the internal processes are a disaster since they are not based on solid and fair bases, there is a lot of favoritism. The majority of employees work under the influence of psychoactive substances, it was not just one time that I saw someone consume cocaine in the facilities. Bosses make inappropriate jokes and out of line. The company cannot keep its clients since the management that is done is terrible. The CEO believes that the company will move forward when what remains now is ruins, there is not much to wait for.

      VES used to be a good place to work, but that's no longer the case

      Cons

      It's incredible how they don't incentivize their employees; the micromanagement is alarming, they constantly scare employees with the threat of firing, they talk a lot but never follow through, there's no salary increase or bonuses, there's a lack of communication within the company, and they want to change the contract. In short, there's much to be desired. After working at VES, anything else is better

      Employee-friendly atmosphere and always willing to go above and beyond for you.

      I can not find much wrong except to say we are on the upward trend to grow in all areas.
