Pros

I've been working in Virtuos for 5 years and it was really a great opportunity to grow up. Here are the highlights of working here: Be at the Crossroads of the Game Industry! Learn about all the next AAA games, before they even get announced. Get a massive boost to your portfolio! In 5 years I've been involved in more than 50 game projects, half of them being high profile AAA! Get to know the top players of your field… personally! Communicate with the creative elite of the game Industry on a daily basis. Multiply your understanding of game processes & techniques! All studios have their own tools, processes and best practice. You gonna learn them all.

Cons

As a manager, working in Virtuos is a high-speed roller-coaster: you'll be expected to juggle with several projects in the same time and the time-pressure is constant. While this can be exhilarating if you can handle it, don't expect your stay here to be relaxing. (note: this only apply to managers. Production staff have only 1 project at a time) Be proactive or begone: don't expect people to hold your hand. Everyone has a lot in their plate already and will have little time for you (again, this only apply to managers. Production staff have both a strong training and mentorship system)
