I am currently working at Virtuos. What I am going to write is 100% true, I say it following my heart, just want to give some opinions to someone who might have interests to join Virtuos. 1. Chances to be involved in AAA games' project. Could learn top leading skills and technics all along. 2. Work hard, You will be Promoted! 3. You will work with friendly people from different countries. 4. 15 holidays per year, good company benefits, fully covered health insurances. I have been worked in Virtuos for 2 and half years. To be honest I am a much better artist now. I didn't know how to create a proper Normal, but 2 years later I am able to take any challenge of AAA quality assets.
Cons
The entry payment might be relatively low. However Cest la vie, you might have to choose from "higher payment, low improvement" to "lower payment, high improvement".
