Pros

- Flexible hours. As long as your work is being done you have the freedom to take the time you need for everything outside of work. - Fantastic benefits (health, dental, eye). Some of the best benefits I've ever received, even more so than other companies in the video game industry. - Perks (travel when available). Once travel is open again (currently in a pandemic) we'll be able to visit studios in other states and countries. - Growth opportunities. There is a huge ceiling for movement within the company, not only in your current discipline but in other areas if you so choose. - Upper management. The upper management is very senior and have a lot to offer in terms of guidance and team growth. This paired with their focus on team moral and individual health make working with the company more of the dream career than just a job. - Cohesive team. The team works and plays nice together. While in some careers a well oiled team isn't really necessary, it certainly helps when it comes to the day-to-day work. I know I can depend on my team when I need them. - Great projects. The caliber and quality of the projects are outstanding and there are few other positions in the industry where you get to be so intrenched into a variety of projects as you do here.

Cons

- Late calls. There is late night communication needed for the position as the internal development studios are overseas. While it's not a typical 9 - 5, it's something you just have to get used to.
