Pros

Flexible working environment. The ability to work on many different projects and focus on what excites you the most. Tons of great perks. Solid salary, not industry leading but not bad either. Lots of independence, if you have an idea that excites you then you can usually run with it with support from management.

Cons

Due to the distributed nature of international development, the hours rarely match with the traditional 9 - 5.

Great people to work with. Both for inspiration and personality. Lots of projects to work on so I never get bored and constantly learn. Great perks.

Cons

Hours can be a bit sporadic at times.
