Pros

Great people to work with mostly, opportunity for challenging work and still a smaller company so you know everyone. Benefits are okay.

Cons

They don't like to hire more people or pay them well so lots of people are overworked. Culture isn't great, no focus on employees who are working so hard to make the company good. Bad managers.
