Good company to work for, but too many unsolicited emails and meeting invites.

Pros

Good benefits. Care about employees. Good values. Business to be proud to be part of, enabling payment transactions for businesses and banks across the world.

Cons

Too many emails and meeting invites for things that are not directly related to you - this could be trimmed significantly if there was some central review and management of communications, but it sometimes feels that every department can spam every other, that all consider their message of importance.

Great Company with Bad Show off Leaders

Pros

1. Amazing Transport, Health Insurance and Other standard benifits at par with rest of companies in India. 2. Ethics of Company is 5 star. Great support during Covid, NO Layoffs. Better to work for long term if you ignore CONS.

Cons

1. Leaders are old fashioned who expect buttering to get promoted. Quality work doen't count, but what you did extra show off to show impact count for promotions. 2. Lots of process that has no meaning. But it help secure some leaders Job in company since 5, 10 years. 3. Even new hired VPs, Sr. Directors are busy building there own repo to secure Jobs and least bothered on concerns raised from there teams. Funny part is they are People Leaders and call themself as Servant leaders and culture champions.

Pros

Great local leadership, an appealing culture, genuinely good people to work with across the teams, communication seems good both locally and across the org, fantastic package when the benefits are added up

Cons

The expected red tape of a large organisation. It can lack focus on what the teams are to achieve, changing priorities (from above local leadership) causes frustration on the ground, making an honest attempt to be an agile org but could probably use additional coaching help across the org. Finally, mandated office working of 2-3 days per week (currently 2). This goes against the norm in UK and Irish tech and could drive good people away.
