Work life balance is great. Some of the colleagues are great people to work with. Stock options and bonus are reasonable.

Territorial colleagues hence Colleagues do not have team work Very individualistic individuals in the organization colleagues working on the same poject have own agendas in stead of common agendas colleagues tend to clicque a lot company is very new as a public company administrative processes are still being figured out. too many changes in the processes to the stage they become restrictive and extremel rigid.
